Founded in 2024, Villa Consultancy works with leaders to strengthen workplace teams and increase the health and success of their organizations. We follow the same process developed by the TableGroup. We partner with the executive or team leader to assess their team, customize one or two-day workshops, and then follow-up with tools and strategies to support the leader and their team.
